Happy with the book but disappointed with Bethal store service. This book has been sent to me instead of the person I wanted to send it to. When I checked out I saw the mistake. There was not place to cancel the order immediately, so I called. Left several messages to cancel the order so I could correct the error. No one ever returned my calls. You charged $8 for postage and now I have to pay for postage again. There should be a better way to reach out to the bookstore when something like this happens.
