Local Pickup

We do offer free local pickup. If you are visiting Redding, CA and/or if you are a local member of the church then you are eligible for free local pickup.

When you reach the checkout page on our website, simply enter a local address (feel free to use the Bethel main campus address if you do not have one) and select the 'local pickup' option. 

Items will be available for pickup when you receive a delivery confirmation email to your account. Your items will be available to pick up at our on-campus bookstore located at:

Orders need to be picked up within 30 days of the purchase date. We will send two reminder emails. If the order has not been picked up within that time frame, the order will be canceled and your card refunded except for a $5.00 restocking fee.

CA Privacy Policy 

Bethel Store respects the privacy concerns of all visitors. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from users of the site. In the event that we do collect any personally identifiable data about visitors to this site, that information is only collected on a voluntary basis, and only used by Bethel Store.

Certain non-personal information of visitors (i.e., the type of browser being used by the visitor, the type of operating system in use by the visitor, and the domain name of the visitor’s Internet service provider) is recorded by the standard operation of our Internet servers. This information is primarily used for internal purposes, and only in an aggregate and non-personally-identifying form.

Personal information may be collected by the Bethel Web Store when visitors voluntarily provide this information (including when visitors subscribe to newsletters).

Return Policy

We will not accept a return if requested more than 90 days after the purchase. shop.bethel.com orders may be returned by mail within the 90-day timeframe at your own expense. 

All items returned must be in returnable condition for a full refund. All sealed products must be sealed to qualify for a full refund.

If you have purchased clothing from us, they must be returned in their original condition (unwashed and unworn with tags,) to be considered for a full refund.

If you purchase a bundle or get a free item, you will have to send back the FULL bundle of original purchase to receive the full refund. Once we receive the item, we will process your return and issue you a refund. You can expect to see the amount refunded to your card within 2 to 5 business days. We do not accept returns of online purchases in the Bethel Store at the College View campus. Customers are responsible to pay for return shipping.

If you’d like to exchange an item you purchased for a different item, you can send the original item back to our warehouse for a refund and place a new order for a different item or size.

Refund Policy

Bethel Media will not incur any additional shipping costs related to the delivery of products. All shipping cost, original and any resulting in an adjustment or extenuating circumstances that result in no fault to Bethel Media, need to be paid in full by you before shipment is processed/released.

Bethel Media is not responsible for delays or losses of product due to mail carrier errors. You will need to contact the mail carrier.

Shipping Policy 

When a customer purchases an item on our web-store and pays for us to ship that product, if that product is returned to us, for any reason that is not directly related to an error on our part, (i.e. the customer moved and put in an incorrect address, the customer had a data entry error, the parcel was returned for a reason unknown to the customer and they request that we just “try it again to the same address”, etc.) the customer is liable. They will be billed if they would like us to ship it again and they will have to pay for any extra shipping costs.

The Bethel Store will not incur any additional shipping costs related to the delivery of products. All such personal information is retained by Bethel Store and is not sold or otherwise transferred outside the company unless we obtain the user’s express consent to do so or if we are required by law or by court/governmental order to disclose such information in a particular circumstance. Bethel Store sometimes uses email addresses and other personally identifying information to contact visitors who communicate with us. For example, we direct email to visitors who provide us with their email addresses for specific purposes such as receiving our email newsletters/updates or being notified if they have won one of our contests. Each email newsletter or bulletin contains instructions on how to discontinue receipt of the newsletter or bulletin.

This site contains links to other web sites. Bethel Store is not responsible for the privacy policies and practices or the content of such web sites.

Frequently Asked Questions

Shipping

  1. When will my items ship? 

Depending on when your purchase was ordered, your items will ship within 1-2 business days from order. For example, if you place an order on Friday, your items will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Once your package ships, you will be emailed the tracking information.

All national shipping estimated times of arrival are predicated by the USPS. Bethel Store is not responsible for any shipping delays. If you experience a shipping delay- we strongly recommend that you contact USPS directly to file a complaint or claim. 

Generally, domestic orders will be delivered within 2 -10 business days and international orders within 1-4 weeks. Please note that delays can be experienced due to customs and/or other variables and are beyond our control and influence.

  1. I live out of the United States. What are my shipping options?

International shipping rates will differ from country to country. Bethel Store works diligently to provide our international customers with the best options available for shipping. Shipping is calculated by weight, dimensions, product type, shipping destination, and packaging costs.

International orders are shipped out once a week on Fridays. If someone places an order on a Friday, it won't be processed and shipped out until the following Friday.

Some International shipping may take longer than usual as the border checking process varies from country to country. There may be delays caused by customs to ensure that your package is safe for delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time given, it may also be held for you at your local post office.

Although we deliver to most countries, customers outside of the U.S. may be required to pay import custom duties / taxes. These import custom duties are set at the port of entry by a customs officer, and differ from country to country. Import custom duties / taxes are in addition to shipping costs paid to the Bethel Web Store to cover shipping and handling. Import custom duties / taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend customers outside the USA use this free Duty Calculator to estimate the likely import tax in your country. 

  1. Where do I find my tracking number?

As soon as your package ships, you will be notified with your tracking information. If more than two business days have passed and you still haven’t received your tracking information, please reach out to us by emailing shop@bethel.com

  1. What happens if an item I purchased is backordered or out of stock?

In the event that your item is backordered or out of stock, we will email you with an estimated time of arrival. If your purchase includes other items that are not on backorder, we will hold the full order until the backordered item becomes available at which point the whole order will ship. 

  1. I received a damaged item or my order is missing an item. What can I do?

If your item arrives damaged or there is a missing item, please contact our customer service team at shop@bethel.com. If you feel you have received a defective product, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you with this. We will need confirmation of purchase and evidence of the defect. If we deem an item defective, we will determine how we will compensate your purchase.  

  1. I misplaced or damaged an item purchased from the Bethel Store. Can you replace it? 

Unfortunately, we cannot replace any items that are lost or damaged. 

  1. What if my shipping address is incorrect and the order has already shipped?

Bethel Web Store is not responsible for the delivery of orders if the delivery address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is an incomplete address. You can contact the Postal Service to redirect your package or wait for the package to be returned to us. Additional shipping costs for orders that are re-shipped may apply. 

Digital Books- Flux Player Products

1. What is Flux Player? Can I use my book in a Kindle format instead?

Flux Player is the platform for Bethel Store digital books or ebooks. You will not be able to download these products to upload them on a different platform such as Kindle or Adobe. There are multiple access points for you to read your resources. Once you have made a purchase through the Bethel Store, you will receive detailed instructions for your digital book via email. If you have any issues or questions please contact shop@bethel.com and we will try to help you troubleshoot the issue.

          2. Can I return a digital product, such as digital book or ebook?

          Digital purchases including digital books or ebooks are nonrefundable. If you have purchased a hardcopy item and there is a digital download attached to the hardcopy, you are eligible for a refund if you return the hardcopy to us. 

          3. Can I print my Flux Player book?

          Printing of any digital material that does not have a printing license is against copyright law. Currently there are only a few kid's curriculum titles that qualify.  

          Printing a PDF with Managed Print enabled-

          For any item such as a kid’s curriculum that includes a printing license it is extremely restricted. You must use a computer and not a smart device to access the printing capabilities. This will not work through the Flux Player app. The license enables, “50 pages at one time” meaning that you can only print groups of 50 pages during one print job. 

          To print selected pages:

          Open the desired ebook on. your computer or laptop- not a smart device

          • Navigate to the page you want printing to begin from
            • For example, if you want to print pages 1-50, navigate to page 1
            • Click on the printer icon in the upper-right hand corner and click 'Yes'

              Enter the desired page range to print

              • IE- if you want to print the first 50 pages, please enter 1-50 into the Pages field

                For the next print job, you will pick up at page 51-101, etc

                    Note: If you are printing from your browser, you must use Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Printing from Safari is not supported 

                    Digital Downloads- Sendowl Products

                    1. What is Sendowl?

                    Sendowl is our provider for all MP3 (audio) and M4V (video) files. 

                    2. How long will my Sendowl download be available? 

                    Once you purchase a download, it will be available to download from our Sendowl server for 90 days. After this period of time, you will no longer have access to the files. It is your responsibility to download the files onto your personal device within the given timeframe. Bethel Media is not responsible for lost or deleted downloads. If you have any issues downloading or accessing your digital goods, please email shop@bethel.com

                    3. Can I return a digital download, such as an MP3 or M4V?

                    Digital purchases including downloads such as MP3 or M4Vs are nonrefundable. If you have purchased a hardcopy item and there is a digital download attached to the hardcopy, you are eligible for a refund if you return the hardcopy to us. If you experience an issue with your download link, we will supply you with a working link as soon as possible.

                    4. How do I access a Sendowl download that I purchased?

                    Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the download link. Follow the link to access your files. You will have 5 attempts and 90 days to retrieve your files before you no longer have access to them. If, for whatever reason, you need your download attempts reset or if you have further questions, you can contact us at shop@bethel.com.

                    To download your digital items to your computer:

                    Open the download link provided

                    Click Download All at the bottom of the page or click Download next to each file to download them one by one

                    The files should automatically download to your hard drive and begin playing immediately on iTunes or another designated media player

                    You can then transfer the files to your phone or other device through a cloud based platform such as Google Drive or the Dropbox app

                            To download your digital items to your phone or other device: 

                            Due to Apple restrictions our files are not able to download directly to iPhones. I would highly recommend downloading each one, one at a time onto your computer, then transferring them to your phone or other device.

                            5. I see several download options. What is the difference?

                            MP3: high definition audio file

                            M4V: video file

                            PDF: digital document

                            E-book: digital book (format will be on the Flux Player app

                              6. I bought a download card a couple of years ago, can I still redeem it? 

                              Unfortunately,  we are not using that system anymore. This means, any download card that was affiliated with us has been expired.

                              7. I purchased the hard copy of an item, but I see there is a download option as well. Can I get the download for free since I purchased the hard copy? 

                              Digital copies and physical products are two different items within our inventory. We are unable to provide you with the download content for free. If you would like the download content, you will need to make a separate purchase.

                              8. I purchased digital items on the Bethel Web Store several years ago and no longer have access to them. Can I have access to my downloads again?

                                The Bethel Web Store was updated to a brand new platform in March 2017, this means that access to digital purchases made on the previous platform is no longer available. If you were not able to download your purchases off the old server, those downloads are no longer readily accessible to you. We did our best to let customers know by sending out three warning emails at this time, leaving a 90-day period to retrieve any purchased downloads before the store was completely shut down. 

                                 

                                Orders

                                1. How can I access my receipt? 

                                Your confirmation email will serve as your receipt. You can also find your purchase history and receipt information by accessing your store account. Please feel free to print it off for your records.

                                1. When will my card be charged?

                                Your card will be authorized for the amount of the transaction, including the shipping cost, at the time of checkout. 

                                1. What are acceptable forms of payment?

                                All orders will be charged in USD. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We do not accept PayPal, checks, or money orders.

                                1. Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

                                We do not offer wholesale pricing, but the title you're looking at may qualify for a bulk order price. If your small group or church is looking for bulk pricing info, please email our Customer Service team at shop@bethel.com and they will be happy to provide a quote. 

                                1. Can I make a change to my order before it ships?

                                Once an order is placed, we are not able to add any products or change any of the quantities. If your order has not yet shipped, you can request a cancellation of your current order so you can place a brand new order. If you order has been processed for shipping, or has shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You can refuse the delivery, and your order will be subject to our return policy.

                                If you would like to change the shipping address on your order, please contact shop@bethel.com as soon as possible - ideally within the first 8 hours of the order being placed. We will do our best to update the shipping address before the order ships.

                                General

                                1. How can I contact your pastors or ministries?

                                1. Can I buy the Sunday morning worship sets? 

                                We do not sell our Sunday morning sets, but you can always stream them on our affiliate website, www.bethel.tv. You can access the previous weekend’s worship if you sign up for a free account or you can subscribe to access all of our past worship sets.

                                1. Can your DVDs be played worldwide?

                                Our DVDs are Region 1 and their main format is NTSC. You will be able to play our DVDs if you have a player that can read NTSC or if you have a computer with a disc drive.

                                1. How do I redeem my e-gift card?

                                After you purchase an e-gift card, you will be emailed a 16-digit code. You can then enter that code into the “Gift card or discount code” box at checkout.

                                1. Would your company be willing to donate products to a ministry?

                                We do not have a donation program through our company. You would have to contact either the ministry or the pastor directly to receive any donations.

                                1. I am interested in selling my product on the Bethel Web Store. Is this possible?
