Q: How do I activate my account?

The e-mail you have received was from the Bethel Online Store and we apologize for any confusion it may have caused. The exciting news is that Bethel has a new website: https://bethel.com. Our new Bethel Online Store is now apart of this new site: shop.bethel.com.
The "Activate link" from the email you received, will take you to our new online store.

Select the Sign in section, at the upper left-hand corner of the site. Select to Create Account, follow the steps and your all set!
Q: I received a discount coupon code in the email with directions on activating my account, how do I use my coupon?
A: The discount coupon is valid and available from March 20 - May 20, 2017. Upon checking out, you will see a section above your total where you can enter the discount code. After entering the code, select the Apply button and the discount will be applied to your cart total.
Q: How do I access my order History & Downloads?
A: With the new Bethel Online Store, we have a few policy updates we would like to highlight. Previously when you made a download purchase, we were able to store that download for you indefinitely. As of March 15, 2017, we will only be able to store your downloads for 30 days. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. While we make this transition, you will be able to access your downloads for 90 days. This should give you plenty of time to backup any of your old downloads that are found in your purchase history on https://old-store.ibethel.org
Q: Can I make copies of my purchases?
A: There has also been a change to our copyright policy. Previously, we allowed you to personally make copies to distribute. As of March 1, 2017, all purchases are subject to copyright terms and conditions. The products you purchase are for your use only and may not be copied for distribution.
