We were reading Bill’s book ‘Holy Spirit’ while watching local weather as an active tornado was in our area and the newscasters were showing the debris field around it. Suddenly it occurred to us that the Holy Spirit is able and available to shut this down … we stood and prayed and decreed that this stops now in Jesus Name, and immediately a bolt of lightning sent horizontally thru our living room and the storm stopped and the newscasters were stunned that the debris field was gone! Then they returned the TV back to the Monday night Kansas City Chiefs game - which game also we won. Don’t just read it - manifest Him in the marketplace! Jesus is King. Kirk, Springfield Missouri.
I haven't read it yet but I have read many of Bill Johnson's books and am looking forward to reading this one. My husband and I read books together. We'll be reading it soon. :)
Bill’s intimacy with the Holy Spirit is gorgeous. This book will take you into dimensions of His heart that are unknown by the unconsecrated and casual believer. If you want not only a masterclass, but a deeper understanding of who He is, and a closer relationship with Him, this is the book for you. It’s a Bible study and a heart study combined. You will be marked, impacted, and undone for the more of God. A gazillion stars!!
I have enjoyed thoroughly reading this latest book by Bill Johnson concerning the Holy Spirit. Beautiful insight. I was brought up in a southern Baptist Church so we didn’t speak much about the Holy Spirit. Since that time I have been in a foursquare church and have loved and appreciated reading more, understanding more about the Holy Spirit, so thank you.
