There are other wonderful teachers on Holy Spirit like Derek Price, but this work surpasses even those. This book is life changing. My sister put it this way, Bill's book is like receiving the last 50 pieces that had been missing from a 500 pc. puzzle.
I purchased this as an audio book with Pastor Bill as the narrator, and I have enjoyed it tremendously.
