As a Registered Nurse, I LOVE the way Dr. Barsch explains anatomy and anatomical processes factually with simplicity. His teaching on the spiritual components is wonderful! I started praying for people’s brains last year and am anxious to pick his book apart to apply the principles to ministry. I worked through chapter one and immediately experimented with two separate people. Each one of us had different Words and applications. This is going to be fun and interesting. I think I was looking for more in depth understanding of the effects of prayer on the brain. Other than that, the book was okay.
Praying For the Brain is an excellent find. It brings a “new way” to pray. I have never truly prayed for the brain, not really. This book has got me thinking “ I can do this!”
I would encourage anyone to buy this book :)
